What's the difference between compulsive eating, drinking or drugging?
According to THE CULT, these symptoms delineate "disease."
For decades, this concept has proved a win win for everyone involved, except the (mis) labeled, whom are sentenced to a living death offering an easy out for instigators, billions to predators and no hope for the brainwashed, except for when the inevitable cycle of relapse happens.
At last, "clean time" is ditched for much needed relief from unresolved issues that continue to fester under dogma and lies.
Bill Wilson introduced the twelve step model almost sixty years ago. One look at his life proves the ultimate example of what happens to people forced to get "sober" instead of well.
The man credited with the invention of A.A. was a drunk, lying, cheating con artist who struggled to stay "sober," while he peddled ideas that I am convinced where spawned by Satan.
Brainwashed, powerlessness and labels fuel the substance abuse epidemic that steals people, lives and families every day, while God is desecrated to little more than a light bulb.
Think about it.
Substance abuse continues to be one of the biggest burdens on society.
Death, destruction and failure are conveniently turned over to man's invention of God, misrepresented as the "only power" able to heal our out of control free will. This concept is absurd.
God gave us free will to use in service to Him, or not.
Satan preys on the weak.
What better way could there be for the devil to get back at God than with a cult promoting powerlessness?
Regardless of what you believe about heaven and hell, there's no denying what's happened to the world, since The Big Book Of Alcoholic's Anonymous came out.
"Addiction and/or "Alcoholism" continues to stifle society and the twelve step model is the catalyst of destruction.
The idea that one sick person can help another is almost as ridiculous as it is to think "clean time" is a marker for healthy.
Pain is pain.
Relief is relief.
Substance abuse stems from pain that will manifest itself in various ways, until it is resolved.
Eating compulsively, instead of drinking or drugging is evidence that problems persist.
Trading one substance for another type or behavior only intensifies and prolongs what could be a temporary problem, if only we focused on the that instead of interchangeable symptoms.
No matter what label you wear, compulsion is still compulsion.
Sixteen years away from a drink, replaced with afternoons spent alone, in your living room with your curtains drawn, stuffing your face with food is substance abuse, even though it makes you fat, not drunk.
Personally, I'd rather do anything else.
Of course, I am a grown woman who is responsible, mature and able to handle myself with pride.
That's the beauty in POWERFUL versus POWERLESS.
SOBER IS NOT WELL!
